President

Bryna Anderson-Kleve has grown up working at Anderson Automatics, Inc., starting at the age of 12, hand packing parts for IBM computers. She has contributed in many different areas of the company since becoming full time including: •data entry •accounting clerk•shipping•scheduling•order processing•machine operator•operations•sales•IT•purchasing•quality
In 2002 she began her position as office manager and CFO. In 2007, Bryna was named Vice President of AAI and D & P Anderson Properties, LLC and in 2009, she assumed the position of Quality Systems Manager on a temporary basis. As our QSM, she successfully led our ISO audit where we received our certification upgrade to ISO9001:2008 quality systems. In 2013, Bryna became part owner of Anderson Automatics and President of the company.

Douglas Anderson

Douglas Anderson

Chairman of the Board

Doug became an official full time employee of Anderson Automatics in 1972 as a recent graduate of the University of MN. With a Major in Economics and Minor in Business Administration, his responsibilities at the time were Cost Accounting and Human Resources. Doug became Vice President Of Anderson, in 1976 and assumed most of the administrative duties of the company. In 1984, he took on an active role in sales by managing a few of Anderson’s larger customer accounts. Doug was President and 100% shareholder of Anderson from 1990-2013. Currently Doug is Chairman of the Board and serves as a resource to management in all areas.
Doug was also President of Minnesota Precision Machining Association from 1978-1979.

Pamela Anderson

Pamela Anderson

Vice President/HR

Pam joined Anderson Automatics, Inc. in 1980 as a receptionist and accounting clerk. Soon after she started helping Doug in the Human Resources department. In 1984, Pam assumed the role of Human Resources Manger. She is also has played a significant role in our safety programs by attending many safety seminars including participation in the Safety and Health Excellence program sponsored by the MN Dept. of Labor and Industry. Pam became Vice President of Anderson in 1996.

Dave Hoek

Director of Sales and Customer Service

Manufacturing has been part of Dave’s life for most of his working life. He worked production with Anderson as a high school student and his first “real” job after college was as a warehouse manager at a manufacturing representative agency. For the next fifteen years, he worked as a manufacturer’s representative working in customer service, warehouse operations and inside sales. He also has knowledge in importing/exporting and freight forwarding. At AAI, Dave’s main emphasis is on sales, customer service and logistics. Dave works daily with manufacturing engineers and production on projects and manufacturing processes.

John Baldridge

John Baldridge

Quality Manager

A month after graduating from Penn State, John spent more than four years at Jones & Laughlin Steel in Pittsburgh, then used that background as a foundation for a career in manufacturing. Job responsibilities have included Quality and Manufacturing engineer working in aerospace, telecom and medical device companies under Mil Standard, ISO 9001, TS 16949 and ISO 13485 requirements. Experience with a wide variety of materials plus training - off and on the job - led to certification by American Society for Quality as Quality Engineer. Notable accomplishments include work registering companies to ISO 9001 and quality department management. At AAI, efforts include continually meeting customer needs, safety and environmental initiatives

Richard Schmid

Richard Schmid

Manufacturing Manager

Dick has an extensive background in job shop and high volume production. He has worked in many industries including: automotive, aerospace, medical and military. Dick programs using Gibbs Cam and has expertise with mills (horizontal and vertical), four and five axis lathes, standard and multi axis. Dick is in responsible for all manufacturing processes here at Anderson.

Vanessa Hoek

Vanessa Hoek

Order Mangement/Customer Service

As a member of the Anderson family, Vanessa has been part of the shop for as long as she can remember; assembling parts as a child and working during summer breaks in high school and college. Vanessa has substantial experience in customer service, sales and office management. Her vast experience includes:
customer service in retail and small business, office management in higher education and retail management. Finally at AAI, her concentration is order management, customer service, inventory maintenance and manufacturing systems.
